I recently sold my townhome and, even in this currently seller's market, we still went through 5 buyers. Each time the deal fell apart, it was something that the buyer had done or not done. It had absolutely nothing to do with Veronica. She hung in there with me, never got pessimistic or frustrated, even though I did. My house would go on the market and sell in one day, but something always happened with the buyer. So, on our last attempt, Veronica said that we should only list on the private network. And my home sold to first buyer who viewed it! She really is great with understanding people, what they want, and how to present things in a light that will appeal to them, while being completely honest with them, as well. I cannot recommend her enough! If I could, I'd give her 10 stars.

Veronica was an excellent real estate agent to work with in the sale of my
